Learn the Art of Parenting from the Hrithik Roshan
Mumbai, June 12, 2015 Actor Hrithik Roshan got confused on how to introduce the Shah Rukh Khan to his kids Hridhaan and Hrehaan at the Mumbai airport.
Well! I came to see the following post from Hrithik while surfing through the social networking sites:
“Dilemma! Didn’t know how to introduce SRK to my boys! Too cool for uncle, full name, 1st name- not respectful. Man of love- too long! Need help. Ideas?”, tweeted Hrithik.
Many of you might have come across this post too…
Well! Meeting Shah Rukh Khan at the Mumbai airport when he was off to a holiday with his sons – That’s not my point!
My point is – Even after being a superstar, an exceptional dancer, a successful entrepreneur and the heartthrob of the nation, Hrithik Roshan masters the art of parenting as well! He is indeed inspiring (that’s one of the many reasons why I admire him so much)!
No matter how hectic schedules he may be having but, nothing stops him from being a doting father. He is very often seen spending time with his kids, taking them for holidays, indulging in water sports with his sons and having fun. It’s always so nice to see him photographed with Hridhaan and Hrehaan, being spotted somewhere or the other, having fun with his kids!
There is a lot you can learn from the actor… one of which is parenting! For all those who blame their busy schedules for not being able to give their families and kids the time that they deserve, the actor is an inspiration. He ensures that his pressures, busyness and stress of living in the limelight never make him compromise with the upbringing of his kids!
Reading about him will tell you that the Roshan star leaves no opportunity to spend time with his sons. He does not want to miss out on their growing years so, he always makes out time to relax and have fun with them. When in the city, Hrithik takes his kids out for thriller movies. He also enjoys reading to them and watching fun movies at home. Hridhaan and Hrehaan love to dance just like their father. They often wait for Hrithik to reach home so that they can spend some dancing time together! Hrithik sometimes pampers his kids, becomes their friend sometimes and behaves as an equal to them the other times, changing roles depending on what the situations ask for!
Not only this, Hrithik believes in upbringing his children with a strong value system. He believes in allowing them to choose their own paths and careers once they get old enough to make a choice on their own. This belief remains same for the religious choice of his kids as well. Hrithik being a Hindu and Suzanne being the daughter of a Muslim father and a Parsi mother, respect all religions and celebrate all festivals. The couple have left the choice of following a religion up to their kids!
Also, Hrithik does not shy away from accepting that sometimes, his kids make him learn a lot of things. The actor believes that learning is an on-going process. You can learn something new at any stage of life. Oftentimes, it is the innocent kids who can help you learn a lot!
“My sons are undoubtedly the most important thing in my life. I have come to understand that fatherhood is probably the best thing that has happened to me. A smile from my children gives me the energy to work harder.”, mentioned Hrithik in an interview once!
The star actor shares a special close bond with his two kids and would sacrifice anything for them. Being a perfect family man, I wouldn’t be wrong if I say, Hridhaan and Hrehaan mean the world to him!
So, my point is –
No matter how busy you are, how much stress you face each day, how many responsibilities you have to fulfill, parenting is an equally important responsibility as well! No excuse can ever justify your absence in the family. Also, money can never replace your presence and the love, care and time that your kids and your family deserve!
So, make time for people who matter the most to you. Spend quality time with your little angels, nurture relationships and live moments of a lifetime!
Stay tuned, keep reading, keep sharing and let smiles shine…:)
